Sipag Bisalta operates in compliance with the highest standards of integrity and transparency. In accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, we have adopted an Organization, Management, and Control Model to prevent crimes and ensure ethical behavior in every activity.

We have appointed an independent Supervisory Body (OdV) with powers of initiative and control, which oversees the application of the 231 Model.
